Clinton Center is the college's maintenance control and inventory center.
Opened in 1979, the building contains offices for the physical plant, facilities planning, environmental health and safety, maintenance (carpentry, electrical, grounds, HVAC, masonry, lockshop, painting, and plumbing), and inventory. It is also the maintenance and storage facility for the campus's state vehicles.
