Campus Tour

E. H. Butler Library

If the Campbell Student Union is the center if student life on campus, then E. H. Butler Library is the epicenter of academic learning. The library currently shelves over 530,000 books, more than 20,000 audiovisual materials, and full-text articles from more than 20,000 journals. Wireless Internet access is available in several locations in the library.

History

E. H. Butler Library was named for Edward Hubert Butler Sr., editor and publisher of the Buffalo Evening News and president of the Buffalo State College Council until 1955.
