If you are a new student, some of your first classes will likely be held in Bulger Communication Center. This circular brick building contains some of the largest lecture halls and classrooms on campus.
During the semester, Bulger Communication Center hosts many of the guest lectures, panel discussions, film screenings, and other special events that take place during Bengal Pause (the free time scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m.).

The Bulger Communication Center is named for Paul G. Bulger, Buffalo State's president from 1959 to 1966.
